Play in a day!

Year 5 were AMAZING yesterday as they worked with Becky to learn and perform a play in a day! The children learned their lines, remembered them perfectly and then performed a whole play at the end of the day for the school and for their parents! Well done Year 5!

We’re Advent ready! The Advent Wreath, empty Crib, display and Jesse Tree are all in the hall. The characters are making their way to the stable (along the hall window sill) and today we placed the first two symbols on the Jesse Tree after remembering the stories of Creation and Adam and Eve.

Well done to Year 3 for leading our Mass this morning! We celebrated the feast of St Cecilia – the patron saint of music – by singing beautiful songs with actions and playing the instruments perfectly!

At the front of the school there is a small wooden cupboard which contains books that children can borrow and read and then return them for someone else to enjoy! If you have books you no longer read at home please donate them for others to enjoy!
