Today we gathered for our first Creation Guardian meeting. We started with a prayer and looked at the CAFOD website for information about the Season of Creation.
We talked about the Pope’s letter entitled ‘Laudato Si’ and how we can use this as our guide.
We also talked about St Francis being our inspiration and maybe getting a statue of St Francis for our meetings. We also talked about aour roles and responsibilities around school.

Congratulations and thank you to Year 2 who led our assembly this morning. The children shared the story of Noah and how he trusted and listened to God. The children reminded us of what a good example Noah is to us in our lives today! Well done!

It was lovely to welcome so many parents to our after school drop in to meet the teacher! It was wonderful to see the children proudly showing their parents their classroom and pointing out their work on the displays! Thank you to everyone who was able to drop in!

Well done to our Year 6 children who led the first whole school Mass of the new academic year. The children did a wonderful job of sharing readings, leading the prayers and acting. We remembered the children who left us in July – as we promised we would – and remembered Queen Elizabeth II and the royal family too.
