Today we said well done to the children who have won the spelling awards for this term, we congratulated the children who successfully completed their Mission Award applications and finally, we awarded our writing competition winners their prizes! Well done everyone for working so hard this term!

Today we came together to listen to the wonderful Nativity story – the birth of Jesus. We listened to readings, sang together, placed baby Jesus in his manger, put the final symbol on our Jesse Tree and lit the Christmas candle. A beautiful gathering to remind us all of the true meaning of Christmas.

The children were very excited today when Father Christmas popped by to say hello! Father Christmas was so proud of all of the children and gave them all a special gift for being so wonderful!
Prayer Partner Gathering

The children from Year 3 planned and led a gathering this morning for their prayer partners in Year 6. The children focused on the virtues of Learned and Wise and planned and shared songs, readings and activities together! Well done Year 3!
Year 6’s Mass

Mass of 2021. The children did a lovely job of reading, acting and playing instruments to make our final Mass so beautiful.
Food Bank Delivery!

Today, Year 4 visited the Food Bank in Dudley to take our weekly donations. We are so grateful to our families for their donations and really proud of the children and their commitment to helping others.
Advent Prayer Bags

Today Year 4 will be taking home Advent themed prayer bags to share with their families. The prayer bags are a gift for the children to keep. We hope they enjoy creating prayer displays with their families this Advent.
Bambinellis!

Beautiful Bambinellis
During Year 4’s Mass this morning the children from Nursery to Year 6 presented the Bambinellis which they have made a home – ready for Bambinelli Sunday this Sunday. Fr Louis blessed all the Bambinellis so the children can take God’s blessing home during Advent.

Friday, 3 December 2021THANK YOU! A BIG thank you to everyone who was able to make a donation to charity today in exchange for wearing a Christmas jumper / own clothes to school. We raised £154.40 which will be divided between the classes. The children in each class are currently thinking and discussing which charity they would like to support!
