Celebration Mass
It was wonderful for the whole school to share in the First Holy Communion Celebration Mass this morning. The children all looked lovely as they dressed in their special outfits and received their gift and certificate from the school. Congratulations once again!

Our Lady
As part of our May celebrations we crowned Our Lady this morning, in our Grace filled Garden, with beautiful flowers. We know that Mary prays with us and for us and we love her so very much.

In Their Shoes
Thank you to Saltmine Theatre Company who started our Anti-bullying & Anti-Racism Week with their performance of In Their Shoes. The production celebrates diversity and why mutual respect and empathy is so very important! We thought the actors did an amazing job!

First Holy Communion

The Mission Team have sent an invitation to the Parishioners inviting them to enjoy a school lunch and prayer service! We look forward to welcoming those that can make it into school on 26th June.

Year 4 Assembly
Thank you to the children from Year 4 who shared the story of Lazarus today. The children reminded us of how Jesus understands how we feel when we are sad and that he can always offer us love and kindness.

Year 3 visit The Oratory
Year 3 were Pilgrims of Hope today as they made the journey to The Oratory. The children made the journey on the bus and had a lovely tour of the beautiful church. The children were a credit to St Joseph’s with their exceptional behaviour!

Supporting the Parish
Thank you to those who were able to make a donation to our church today. The children all looked lovely in their own clothes and you raised £140! We will be passing the donation on to Father Louis next week after Mass.
