Today we shared the CAFOD National Assembly during merit, prayer and liturgy. It gave us a chance to reflect on many things we take for granted and, that by working in solidarity, we can all play our part in building a better world.

During Gospel, Prayer and Liturgy this morning we prayed the rosary together to honour Our Lady on her birthday! We also celebrated St Carlo Acutis, who was made a saint yesterday, and learned more about how he dedicated his lift to God.

Welcome Back!

It was wonderful to be back together as the St Joseph's family this morning. We kept our promise to last years Year 6 children and prayed for them before sharing the Gospel. We also re-visited St Joseph's Way and are very excited for the year ahead!

Some of our Year 5 and 6 children have enjoyed a creative few days in school. The children have taken part in art and craft activities, visited St Chad’s Exhibition of Hope and today enjoyed delicious pizzas for lunch!
