Pilgrims Pond
Our Year 4 children enjoyed visiting Pilgrims Pond today! There were hundreds of tadpoles, baby newts and small fish swimming around in the sunshine!

St Joseph’s Way
At the start of the new term we reminded ourselves about the importance of following the St Joseph’s Way. We thought about why it’s important that we’re always respectful, responsible and ready to learn.

ALLELUIA
Today we gathered together as a school family for the first time since Jesus’ resurrection on Easter Sunday. We shared the Gospel, lit the Paschal candle, added the golden footprints to our display and let out the ALLELUIA!!!

Remembering Pope Francis
Today, during Prayer and Liturgy, we remembered Pope Francis. We thought about how he dedicated his life to Christ and was a loyal servant.

22 mile Staff Pilgrimage
The staff successfully completed a 22 mile pilgrimage from St Chad’s Cathedral in Birmingham to Lichfield Cathedral! As Pilgrims of Hope we’ve raised a lot of money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital and would like to thank everyone who has donated!

Stations of the Cross
For the final time in Lent we gathered together and Year 6 acted out the Stations of the Cross. The children's performance was wonderful, so respectful and full of emotion. The children reminded us of Jesus' great sacrifice and how much He loves us.

End of term celebration
Today at our end of term celebration we gave out spelling awards, announced the Ace Attendance winner, gave out attendance certificates and medals and presented the house cup! What a term it's been!

Year 5 Mass
Thank you to Year 5 for leading our last Lent Mass. The children lead our worship beautifully and we are so very proud of them.

Lenten Service
Tonight, we gathered together in Church to act the events of Holy Week. It was a reminder of Jesus' ultimate sacrifice because he loves us so much and the children read and acted beautifully. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us.

Palm Sunday
Year 3 began our journey through Holy Week by leading an assembly sharing the events of Palm Sunday today. The children were so eloquent in sharing how happy and excited the people were to see Jesus - we know this will not be the same for the rest of our Holy Week...

Good Shepherd Appeal
The Good Shepherd were very appreciative of the collection of tins we were able to donate this Lent. Thank you everyone who was able to donate.

Behaviour in the Community
PC Cat Purser visited our Year 6 children to talk to them about the importance of good behaviour when out and about in the community. It's really important to understand the law and what is acceptable behaviour when outside of school.
