Stations of the Cross
For the final time in Lent we gathered together and Year 6 acted out the Stations of the Cross. The children’s performance was wonderful, so respectful and full of emotion. The children reminded us of Jesus’ great sacrifice and how much He loves us.
The Last Supper
Year 4 continued our special Holy Week assemblies this afternoon by acting out the events of the Last Supper. The children read and acted perfectly to help us understand how Jesus showed the disciples the importance of serving others.
Behaviour in the Community
PC Cat Purser visited our Year 6 children to talk to them about the importance of good behaviour when out and about in the community. It’s really important to understand the law and what is acceptable behaviour when outside of school.
Staying Safe
Thank you to Dudley Transport and Highways Service who came to speak to our Year 6 children about staying safe when travelling. This is valuable advice as the children transition to secondary school!
Hello SP118!
Year 3 went live in a link up with our partner school in Poland – SP118 today! The children shared information about their schools and local area! The children were all so excited to chat to one another!
Stations of the Cross
It was Reception’s turn to walk the stations of the cross today. The children walked them in small groups, pausing, thinking and praying at each station with Jesus.
St Patrick
Happy St Patrick’s Day to our Year 3 children today! St Patrick is Year 3’s class Saint! In celebration the children wore their own clothes to school and learned even more about why St Patrick is so special!
