Pilgrims of Hope
We all had a wonderful time at the launch of the Jubilee Pilgrims of Hope Archdiocese event this morning. It was so special to be part of of the event with so many other schools throughout the archdiocese.
Jubilee Year 2025
Today during Merit, Prayer and Liturgy we learned about the Jubilee Year – Pilgrims of Hope. We watched a video to understand why the year is so important, investigated the logo, agreed to sign the Jubilee Pledge and launched our special Jubilee Year doors.
Advent Reconciliation
As part of getting ready in Advent the children from Years 4, 5 and 6 took part in Reconciliation with Fr Louis today. An opportunity to reflect and repent for the times we have been less than perfect.
Advent Prayer Bags
The children from Year 4 took home their special Advent themed prayer bags today. Another way of preparing this season – by praying with family at home.
Bambinellis
Truly wonderful to have Father Louis bless our Bambinellis today at the beginning of Mass. So special to continue the tradition started by Pope John Paul II and take a Christmas blessing home.
Advent Live Stream
We really enjoyed taking part in One Life Music’s live stream this morning. Singing and praying together!
Remembrance Liturgy
Today, as we come to the end of November, we held a special remembrance Liturgy. The names of people we wanted to remember were added to class hearts and shared with our school family as we prayed, sang and shared gospel readings together.
Rosary Project
We have been blown away by the Rosary projects that have been created by our children – so much so that we held an exhibition to shown them off! Well done children – AMAZING!!!
