Our Advent wreath
On Monday 30th November we lit the first purple candle to mark the start of Advent – yesterday was the first Sunday of Advent. We talked to the children about the significance of the circle the advent wreath makes – to show that there is no end to God’s love for us – just like the greenery which never dies.
